TWELVE CZECH PLAYERS WILL PLAY AT PRAGUE GOLF CHALLENGE

Less than two weeks before the start of this year’s second Czech Challenge Tour, which will be for the first time at Prague’s Zbraslav, eleven Czech players has guaranteed their start.

The Prague Golf Challenge tournament, which will be held from 6th to 9th July, as well as Challenge Tour in Kunětická Hora or D + D REAL Czech Masters, event of the European Tour, is organised by promoting company Relmost. Ten professionals and two amateurs will attend this event.

 

There are of course professionals such as Filip Mrůzek, Jan Cafourek, Petr Gál, Daniel Suchan, Aleš Kořínek, Lukáš Tintěra, Petr Dědek junior and Petr Nič. Cyril Suk will attend for the first time this year at Challenge Tour event.

 

Ondřej Lieser won his invitation in April’s qualification and will try to repeat his great performance from April’s event. Czech Amateur golf will be represented by Roman Kumpošt, second Czech amateur name in the starting field will nominated by the Czech Golf Federation, first time on the Challenge Tour will play Filip Ráža.

 

However, this is not a very easy choice, as only two days after the Prague Golf Challenge, European Team Championships of Men and Boys are held. Czech amateur top players are nominated to these events.

 

Slovak fans will be able to cheer on the well-tried duo Ján Friesz, Peter Valasek, plus amateur player Michal Brezovský.  Peter Valasek recently became the first Slovak player to receive points in the World Golf Ranking for his fourth place on the Pro Golf Tour.

 

Among foreign names, fans can look forward to the champion of this year’s tournament in Kunětická Hora, American Julian Suri.
